Cervical Cancer Screening (near Kolkata/West Bengal)
In partnership with the Chittaranjan National Cancer Institute (Kolkata/Calcutta), and the microfinance organization Village Welfare Society, developing the first large scale project of its kind in this region of India to educate, screen and treat 50,000 women in rural villages for cervical cancer.

Elder Caregivers (Lalgola Block, Murshidabad District, West Bengal)
In partnership with the West Bengal Voluntary Health Association trained 15 villagers to be elder caregivers. The project was implemented in 45 rural villages providing education, care support/coordination to frail elders and their families.

Health Literacy - HIV/AIDS, Malaria prevention (Orissa)
In partnership with Reach-India and Freedom from Hunger, trained microfinance organizations (MFIs) to provide health education to their clients. The MFIs will ultimately train 40,000 women, using conversational learning techniques to enable them to prevent infection of HIV/AIDS and Malaria.
